Editing a user

User management functions for all Mosaiq products are found within Mosaiq Live and available to users with “Superuser”, “Admin” or “Operator Admin” role types.

  • If you’re not already in Mosaiq Live, click Mosaiq Live in the left navigation bar (1).

  • Click users to the top left of the navigation bar (2).

  • Locate the user you wish to edit and click the icon at the right of their row (3).

  • A dialog will open in the middle of the screen displaying the information relating to the current user (4). Fields shown will be determined by the current role assigned to the user:

    • A “Superuser” role will allow editing of the name, role & customer fields

    • An “Admin” role will allow editing of the name & role fields

    • An “Operator Admin” role will allow editing of the name & role*

    • A “Mosaiq Insights User” role will allow editing of the name & role*

    • A “Mosaiq Go User” role will allow editing of the name & role fields

*The operators field for these user roles is uneditable, for any changes the user will need to be deleted & recreated.
