Importing historical data

This service is not included within the standard plan we can provide quotes prior to commencing the import.

Mosaiq Insights supports the importing of historical data. First you will need to either contact your channel partner or the Mosaiq support team directly.

Two data sets are required:

1.  All of the GTFS sets needed to cover the range of the historical import

2. The trip and stop level data for the same range, these can be provided as either:

   1. GTFS-Realtime heartbeat archives – to unlock full Mosaiq Insights capability at all levels

   2. CSV – when summary level KPIs & metrics are sufficient.

We currently don’t support:

• GTFS frequency-based trips

• Journeys with historical data

• Journey View with historical data
